| Fee for more than three loan splits in an ANZ Split Home Loan |
Applies to both new loans and restructure of existing loans. Loan approval fees cover up to three loan splits. Any additional splits are charged at $100 per split. |
| Top ups |
A $200.00 Approval Fee applies to top ups. ANZ’s current policy is to waive this fee if:
- You have been an ANZ home or
residential investment loan customer for three years or
more, OR
- Your ANZ home and residential investment loans total $250,000.00 or more.

Low equity premium (LEP) “ANZ charge this fee to recover the expected cost of assuming the increased risk associated with lending above 80% of a property’s value and the costs incurred as a result of such lending.” |

| Early repayment charges for ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loans |
ANZ may charge early repayment charges if you choose to repay or restructure your ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan during your fixed rate term as follows:
Early repayment charge
An early repayment charge based on the economic cost to ANZ of repaying or restructuring (in full or part) your ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan as set out in your terms and conditions booklet.
ANZ’s current policy is to waive the early repayment charge for any repayments within the following "tolerance amount":
- For each year of the fixed rate term, you can make extra repayments in addition to your regular fixed payments of up to 5% of the loan balance (the balance at the start of the fixed rate term) to a maximum of $10,000.00 without incurring an Early Repayment Charge.
Early repayment administration fee
An early repayment administration fee of $300 may also be charged if you fully repay your loan or switch to a new fixed rate period or another type of loan, before the end of a fixed rate period.

Missed loan repayment fee
|
| A missed loan repayment fee of $20.00 may be charged (to your funding account) if there are insufficient funds in your funding account to meet a loan repayment on the agreed date. |
