Registering for ANZ Mobile Phone Banking services is fast and easy. If you register for both TXT Banking and M-Banking you only need to activate your M-Banking service (TXT Banking will activate automatically).

To register for TXT Banking:

When you contact us we'll:

  • ask you a few questions
  • advise you of your activation code
  • let you know the terms and conditions
  • send you a "welcome" TXT.

Activating TXT Banking

To activate TXT Banking, just text your activation code to 880 within five days of receiving it.

If your activation code expires, just call us or ask your branch for a new code. As soon as we send you back a confirmation TXT, you're ready to start using TXT Banking.

To register for M-Banking:

When you contact us we'll:

  • send you a "welcome" TXT.

Your welcome TXT will contain a link to download M-Banking. Follow the instructions to download M-Banking to your phone. For further help, please refer to the compatible phones list.

Activating M-Banking

Once you've downloaded M-Banking to your phone, all you need to do is:

  • accept the terms and conditions
  • enter your activation code
  • choose a new password (7-16 digits).

As soon as you've confirmed your password, you're ready to start using M-Banking. Once you've downloaded M-Banking, it will be stored on your phone for future use. If you're not sure exactly where to find M-Banking on your mobile phone, please refer to the compatible phones list.

All you then need to do is open the application, input your password and choose what you want to do from the main menu, eg. balances, mini statement, payments, etc.
