Contact us if you have any questions or issues with Mobile Phone Banking including:
- registering for ANZ Mobile Phone Banking
- changing your mobile phone number
- changing your handset (M-Banking only)
- adding a new account, removing an account or changing the order of your accounts
- changing your Pay Anyone daily limit
- having forgotten your activation code or it has expired
- having been locked out after three failed attempts to activate M-Banking
- having forgotten your M-Banking password
- reinstalling the M-Banking programme on your phone
- cancelling or suspending M-Banking (eg. if you have lost your phone).
