Lo doc

A flexible home loan solution if you're unable to verify your income

Thousands of Kiwis now enjoy the freedom of either working for themselves, contracting or working on commission. We know time is at a premium for these people - not to mention the challenge of keeping up with paperwork.

When it comes to applying for a home or residential investment loan, meeting a lender's application requirements can be difficult and time consuming. We've got an easy solution if you're buying a home, investing in property or refinancing existing debt and are unable to satisfy the income confirmation requirements for the application.

Our ANZ Lo Doc Home and Residential Investment Loan is simple, hassle-free and packed with many of the features you've come to expect from ANZ.

Low on hassles, big on features

Lo doc combines all the features of the ANZ Standard Variable Rate and ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loans with a flexible application process. You can borrow up to defined percentage of the value of the property being provided as security. The actual amount you may be eligible to borrow will be determined by the Bank and will be dependent on factors such as the property type and location, as well as your ability to repay the loan. A low documentation fee applies, but this can be added to the loan.

With Lo doc, you also get access to special features such as:

And you don't need to provide any proof of rental income (only that the property exists).

Lo doc is not available for business purposes.

To find out whether you qualify for Lo doc, contact an ANZ Mobile Mortgage Manager or visit any ANZ branch.

ANZ lending criteria, terms and conditions and fees apply to all loans.

You can ask for more information, including full terms and conditions for all of ANZ's lending products and a current Disclosure Statement, published by ANZ National Bank Limited, at any ANZ branch.
