The application process

To apply for a loan, contact an ANZ Mobile Mortgage Manager or visit any ANZ branch. In many cases, and as long as we have the right information, we can approve your loan on the spot.

Here's how the application process works:

Application Process

To speed up the process, please bring the following when you meet an ANZ home loan specialist:

  • proof of your income, eg your latest payslip (unless your income is direct credited to an ANZ account), if you're self-employed, a copy of your last two years' balance sheets or annual accounts and tax returns if held
  • three months of your latest main bank transaction statements (if not with ANZ)
  • evidence of your savings, eg bank account statements (if not with ANZ)
  • your lawyer's name and address (if purchasing or refinancing)
  • your signed sale and purchase agreement (if purchasing)
  • a builder's quote or contract if you're building a home
  • a Registered Valuer's Report if you already have one.

ANZ lending criteria, terms and conditions and fees apply to all loans.

You can ask for more information, including full terms and conditions for all of ANZ's lending products and a current Disclosure Statement, published by ANZ National Bank Limited, at any ANZ branch.
