And remember, help is close at hand just contact an ANZ Mobile Mortgage Manager or visit any ANZ branch. The best thing about an ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan, is that you know exactly how much you have to pay each month. That means you can budget with confidence and know youre protected from interest rate rises during the fixed rate term.
You also have some flexibility. For each year of your fixed rate term you can make extra payments (in addition to your regular fixed payments) of up to 5% of your loan balance (the balance at the start of the fixed rate term) up to a maximum of $10,000. Note that you may have to pay an early repayment fee if your extra payments go over this threshold.
To get an ANZ Fixed Rate Home Loan, a loan approval fee and a low equity fee may also apply.
ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan
The best thing about an ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan is its flexibility. You can make additional payments any time you like plus you can redraw any extra money youve paid on your loan by using ANZ Flexidraw. The minimum redraw amount is $1,000 and a redraw fee applies.
This loan is ideal if you often have extra cash youd like to use to help pay it off. However, the interest rate may change, so it may not suit you if youre on a tight budget or have other significant financial commitments.
To get an ANZ Standard Variable Rate Home Loan, a loan approval fee and a low equity fee may also apply.
