With ANZ Phone Direct you can check your balance and transactions, transfer money between your accounts, pay your credit card and pay many regular household bills.
You can also request stop payments on cheques, order statements, organise automatic payments, apply for an overdraft and obtain the latest interest or foreign exchange rates.
Plus, with ANZ Phone Direct you can always talk to a Customer Service Consultant 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
To register for ANZ Phone Direct, all you need is a Customer Registration Number, a PIN and an ANZ account that can be linked to ANZ Phone Direct.
