Registering for M-Banking is fast and easy. Either call us on 0800 ANZ MOBI (0800 269 6624) or visit any ANZ branch.
We'll ask you a few questions, advise you of your activation code and let you know the terms and conditions. We'll then send you a 'welcome' TXT.
Your welcome TXT will contain a link to download M-Banking. Follow the instructions to download M-Banking to your phone. For further help, please locate your specific phone in the compatible phones list.
Once you've downloaded M-Banking to your phone, all you need to do is:
- accept the terms and conditions
- enter your activation code
- choose a new password (7-16 digits).
As soon as you've confirmed your password, you're ready to start using M-Banking.
Once you've downloaded M-Banking, it will be stored on your phone for future use. If you're not sure exactly where to find it, please find your specific phone in the compatible phones list.
All you then need to do is open the application, input your password and choose what you want to do from the main menu e.g. balances, mini statement, payments, etc.
