The ANZ Graduate Package is available to students who have recently graduated in the last 12 months. The course of study completed must have been on a full or part time basis for a minimum duration of one year at a Government recognised tertiary institution and/or in a NZ Qualifications Authority (NZQA) approved course and/or for a NZQA qualification relating to your job.
To be eligible for a credit card or any lending you must be aged 18 years of age or over and a permanent resident or citizen of New Zealand.
If your application is approved, you must redirect your income into your ANZ account.
How to apply
To apply for an ANZ Graduate Package, simply call into any ANZ branch. All we ask is that:
- You bring documents that show you've graduated in the past 12 months; and
- Pay any salary, wages or other income into your Graduate account.
If you're a new ANZ customer, please also take:
- One kind of current Photo identification such as your passport, driver's licence or another bank's credit card with photo, or
- Two kinds of non photo personal identification, such as your birth certificate, another New Zealand bank’s embossed debit or credit card, or a club or society membership card.
- If possible six months of statements from your previous bank.
