With ANZ Visa Platinum you'll earn 2 Platinum Points for every $1 you spend on eligible purchases. Please note: eligible purchases do not include cash advances or the purchase of cash substitutes such as gaming chips and travellers cheques.
Points and bonus points accrue in accordance with the ANZ Visa Platinum Rewards Programme Terms and Conditions.
No Platinum Points capping
Unlike some other credit cards, there is no limit to the number of Platinum Points you can earn. The more you spend, the more Platinum Points you earn.
Platinum Point expiry
We've also made it easy to accumulate Platinum Points as every point you earn is valid for three years. So if there's an exclusive Platinum Reward you want, you can save your points over time

The easiest way to check your Platinum Points balance is by registering online at anzplatinum.co.nz. Alternatively, you can call the Platinum Contact Centre on 0800 500 698, Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. After registering online, your points balance will be emailed to you each month on your Platinum Points statement.

Redemption Options
Redeem points online at anzplatinum.co.nz or by calling our Platinum Contact Centre on 0800 500 698. As long as your account remains open, you can accumulate points and redeem them anytime before they expire.
Variable Points+Pay
If there's something special you want but don't quite have enough Platinum Points, you can use the Variable Points+Pay option on selected merchandise. Simply visit anzplatinum.co.nz, choose the reward you want and click on the Variable Points+Pay option. And, if you pay using your ANZ Visa Platinum, you'll also earn Platinum Points on the purchase.
