If you are unsure about a transaction that has appeared on your statement then you can:

Option 1: Call us on 0800 658 044 and we'll work through the issue with you.

Option 2: Complete the Customer Dispute form (PDF, 81kb). Please also send a copy of any relevant documentation. Once we receive your completed form we will investigate the transaction on your behalf.
