ANZ Visa Purchasing Card

The ANZ Visa Purchasing Card is the ideal way to manage all of your low value, high volume business purchasing needs, giving you a flexible buying tool that automates and streamlines the entire purchasing process.

Recent studies have found that using traditional systems such as purchase orders can cost businesses between $60 and $100 per purchase (taking processing costs into account). For larger businesses with many small to medium value purchases each month, this can add up to a major overall cost.

How it works:
  • All employees authorised to purchase goods and services are issued with ANZ Visa Purchasing Cards
  • Your employees use their card for essential business purchases
  • Each month we send you an electronic file of all their transactions
  • Cardholders access this file and add the relevant cost centre and general ledger codes
  • Once they have reviewed the statement, a completed transaction file is ready for exporting directly to your accounting system.
