By using ANZ Phone Direct for your Business you can:

  • Obtain account balances
  • Transfer funds between bank accounts
  • Obtain details of recent transactions
  • Request stop payments on cheques
  • Pay your credit card and many of your regular bills
  • Order statements and cheque books
  • Set up, change, suspend or delete automatic payments
  • Obtain product and rate information

Registering is easy

To register for ANZ Phone Direct, all you need is a Customer Registration Number, a PIN and an ANZ account that can be linked to ANZ Phone Direct. If haven’t registered for ANZ Phone Direct call 0800 ANZ 2 YOU (0800 269 296) and a Customer Service Consultant will assist you in getting started. If you have already registered for ANZ Phone Direct, simply call 0800 103 123 or from a mobile phone call (09) 363 5533 to access your accounts.

A current Disclosure Statement (PDF, 480kb) published by ANZ National Bank Limited may be requested from any branch or agency of ANZ.
