Broadform Liability Insurance

If, in the course of your business, a member of the public is injured or someone else's property is damaged, a court can order you to pay compensatory damages to the people you've affected.

ANZCover Broadform Liability Insurance offers invaluable protection if you have to defend such a legal action.

This includes liability cover for injury or damage that happens in connection with your business to others and product liability for injury or damage to others from a product your business provides.

You're also insured for any injury or damage to anyone in connection with any premises you own (landlord's liability) or rent (tenants' liability), while bailee's liability insures you for damage to other people's property while in your control.

You're also insured for any costs you're ordered to pay after a fire under the Forest and Rural Fires Act 1977.

Plus, we'll provide cover up to $100,000 in costs if you have to withdraw or recall a product in New Zealand.
