Plunket provides free health check services to over 90% of New Zealand children under five years old. Plunket's experienced and qualified staff work in partnership with volunteers to provide services including family centres, parent education courses, car seat rentals, mobile clinics, parent support groups, toy libraries and much, much, more.
The service provided by Plunket to New Zealand families is unique to New Zealand and immeasurably important, but it can only continue through the efforts of dedicated volunteers and the support of our community.
ANZ support Plunket's Annual Appeal week as well, where ANZ staff fundraise and help local Plunket volunteers collect for the Appeal. ANZ staff also have the opportunity to use their annual volunteer leave to help Plunket in a wide range of activities.

The ANZ Championship is the first netball competition of its kind, pitting the top 10 regional teams from New Zealand and Australia against each other in an exciting season of local and trans-Tasman netball rivalry.
The 2008 competition saw a total of 69 games played over 17 weeks at top venues in both countries. The NSW Swifts took out the very first inaugural trophy with their victory over the Waikato/Bay of Plenty Magic.

ANZ is the proud title sponsor of the fourth and final match in the 2008 Bledisloe rugby series, which is to be played in Hong Kong on Saturday 1 November 2008.
The Bledisloe Cup is an annual rugby series played between the Australian Wallabies and the New Zealand All Blacks.
The match in Hong Kong will be an historic event. It will be the first time these two teams have played each other in Asia and the first Bledisloe Cup game to be played outside Australia or New Zealand.
